DermaFrac-C for the neck and décolletage is a professional skin treatment designed to support skin quality, texture, and overall appearance in an area prone to early signs of ageing and environmental exposure. The treatment applies controlled micro needling combined with topical serum infusion to assist skin renewal while maintaining a conservative and evidence informed approach.

The procedure uses a vacuum assisted micro needling handpiece to create superficial, controlled micro channels within the skin. These channels allow selected serums to be delivered to the upper layers of the skin while supporting the skin’s natural regenerative response. The technique is designed to be precise and uniform, with depth and pressure adjusted according to skin condition and tolerance.

Serums are selected based on individual skin assessment and may include vitamin-based formulations to support brightness and clarity, or hydrating complexes to assist with moisture balance and skin resilience. Product selection is guided by skin condition rather than cosmetic trends, with the aim of improving overall skin quality rather than altering anatomy.

Optional LED light therapy may be incorporated following treatment to support skin comfort and recovery. LED is used as an adjunct modality to assist with post-treatment calming and to support the skin’s natural repair processes. LED application is non-invasive and does not involve heat or tissue damage.

The treatment is performed within a controlled clinical environment and is designed to involve minimal disruption to daily activities. Temporary redness or mild sensitivity may occur and typically resolves within a short period.

A hyaluronic acid infusion enhanced with antioxidants and HylaSponge® technology for deep, lasting hydration. Perfect for dry or dehydrated skin and an ideal introduction to the DermaFrac-C system.

Clarify

A refining combination of lactic and salicylic acids to purify congested pores and balance oily or breakout-prone skin. (LED light is not included with this infusion.)

Lighten

A brightening Kojic acid complex formulated to address hyperpigmentation and uneven tone. (LED light is not included with this infusion; skin preparation may be required for some Fitzpatrick types.)

Vitamin C

A powerful antioxidant infusion with Ethyl Ascorbic Acid to help protect against oxidative damage, reduce fine lines, and strengthen capillaries in fragile or sun-exposed skin.
